How soon can you deliver / can I place my order?

Do you deliver nationwide?
We currently cater to deliveries within Metro Manila and some provinces accessible by car from Manila.
How long do the flowers last?
As much as we would like to answer this with the general template answer, the truth is it is very difficult to give an accurate estimate on how long the flowers will last. This will depend on a lot of factors like temperature, humidity, quality of air and water, etc. Our advise is, if any shop would say that their fresh flowers will last for a week or 2, ask if they are willing to replace in case the flowers don’t last that long.
How does House of Roses ensure the best quality for its roses?
All our Ecuadorian roses are being shipped directly from Ecuador weekly and once shipment arrives we take utmost care of the roses to ensure freshness.
How do I care for my roses?
Keeping the roses in cool place away from direct sunlight can extend the life of the flowers.
Do you customize boxes?
Yes, although this will take more time because we need to order your design from our box supplier,depending on the style and size, the supplier will have a minimum order quantity (ranges from 10 to 50pcs).
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online flower shop.
What are your modes of payment?
The site includes a paypal payment gateway for credit card purchases but we also accept payments made through our BPI, BDO and GCASH. Orders will only be delivered once full payment has been made. Once full payment has been made please send us a copy of the payment through our IG, FB, Viber or Whatsapp +639171080528 to confirm your payment.
What time will the flowers be delivered?
Our deliveries are usually dispatched from 8am-9am in the morning and arrival will depend on the optimized route taken by the driver.
What if not one receives the order or a wrong address was provided?
We only have a 15 minute window in which we will try to contact the recipient, during this time if we are not able to contact the recipient we will consider the item to have been delivered. If you still wish to have the item delivered again customer will shoulder the cost of the courier service.

Will the flowers be exactly the same as pictured?
We do our best to design and deliver all our offerings with consistency. However, since we are dealing with fresh flowers, they may have some differences in their size and shade. You may also check our IG accounts and tagged photos for actual deliveries we have made.

In case the flower you ordered is not available, we will conctact you on the details you provided so we can discuss an appropriate replacement. If you are not reachable, we reserve the right to replace the flowers with something of the same value.
